Blade Master: Idle RPG — Account Deletion Guide
This page explains how users of Blade Master: Idle RPG ("the Service") can request deletion of their account and related data.

1. Delete From Within the App (Recommended)
This is the fastest and most reliable method. If the app is installed and you are signed in:
- Open the app and sign in.
- From the main screen, tap Settings (gear icon).
- At the bottom of the Settings panel, tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm in the dialog by tapping OK.
- Once deletion completes, the app returns to the sign-in screen automatically.
This action is performed immediately with no waiting period.
2. Request Deletion via Email (When the App Is Unavailable)
If you cannot use the in-app option (lost device, app uninstalled, sign-in failure, etc.):

Subject: [Blade Master] Account Deletion Request
Include in the body:
- User ID (required) — Tap the ID box at the bottom of the in-app Settings screen to copy it to the clipboard. Please attach it so we can identify your account accurately.
- The email address of the Google account to delete (state explicitly if you only used guest sign-in)
- Reason for deletion (optional)
To verify your identity, please send the request from the same Google account email you used in the app. If the user ID is missing we may not be able to confirm your identity, which can require follow-up correspondence and delay processing. We will process the request within 7 business days of receipt.
If you only used guest (anonymous) sign-in: we hold no identifier besides the anonymous uid, so an email request alone is not enough to identify and delete a specific guest account. Please use the in-app menu (Settings → Delete Account) whenever possible.
3. Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently deleted:

4. Data Retained for Legal Compliance
The following items are retained for a limited period as required by applicable laws and legitimate operational purposes:

These records are either anonymized or automatically purged at the end of the legally mandated retention period.

5. Re-registration After Deletion
You may sign in again with the same Google account after deletion. However, your previous game progress will not be restored, and you will begin as a new account.
