Refund Policy
This Refund Policy describes the conditions for withdrawal and refunds of paid products purchased in the mobile game "Blade Master: Idle RPG" (the "Service") provided by Roadgames (로드게임즈, the "Company"). This policy is consistent with Section 6 of our Terms of Service.
1. Payment Channels
Purchases are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store, and each store's own payment and refund terms also apply. Receipts are issued by the respective store.
2. Consumable Items (Currency Packs, Material Bundles)
- Withdrawal available before use: If the purchased content has not been used, you may withdraw the purchase within 7 days of the purchase date and receive a full refund.
- Withdrawal restricted after use: Once the granted in-game currency or items have been used, even in part, withdrawal of the corresponding purchase is restricted, due to the nature of immediately consumable digital goods. This restriction is disclosed before purchase.
- Payment error or non-delivery: If the payment is not properly processed or the content is not delivered due to the Company's fault, the Company shall provide a full refund.
3. Non-Consumable Items (Remove Ads, Gold Boost, Skin Packages)
Because non-consumable items take effect immediately upon purchase and you begin to enjoy the benefit from that moment, refunds are generally not available due to the nature of digital content. However:
- A refund is available if the effect was not properly applied due to reasons attributable to the Company (for example, ads continue to be shown after an ad-removal purchase has completed).
- Refunds may separately be available under the refund policies of the store (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Please refer to the relevant store's policy.
4. Minors' Payments
If a minor makes a payment without consent from their legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the payment and request a refund. Upon verification that the purchaser is a minor and that no guardian's consent was obtained, the Company will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Cancellation may be restricted if the payment was made within the scope of property authorized for disposal by the guardian, or if the minor misrepresented themselves as an adult.

- Please include: account information (Google account or guest), product name, purchase date, order/receipt number, and the reason for the request.
- The Company will respond and process eligible requests within 7 business days.
- For purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the refund may be processed by that store according to its own policy, and the Company will cooperate as needed.
